The choices that once kept you safe may now be shaping your life in limiting ways.
What once helped you survive may now limit how freely you live, relate, and respond — not because something is wrong, but because those adaptations were never meant to last forever.
Trauma does not always appear as memory.
It often lives on as patterns, adaptations, and behaviors that once protected us and now limit choice and connection.

“Before I came, I told Dr. Jayne that my trauma felt too big to heal. I arrived skeptical, but open and trusting. What unfolded has been difficult to put into words. I’m still processing, but I experienced a profound shift — much of the trauma I was carrying has lifted.”
— Liz
“Dr. Jayne made me feel accepted, loved, and safe — completely non-judgmental.”
— Jason
“I woke up feeling noticeably lighter. I was able to look at myself in the mirror — something I’ve struggled with — and begin to forgive myself for past regrets. That felt significant.”
— Casey
“I feel at peace. It feels like a tremendous weight has been lifted — something I haven’t experienced in a very long time. I’ve spent much of my life searching for peace, and this experience allowed me to touch it in a way that felt real and grounding.”
— Cory
“This program is offered with great care and responsibility. We believe in this work because we have witnessed — personally and professionally — how unresolved trauma can shape a life, and how the right conditions can support meaningful resolution. This intensive exists to provide those conditions with integrity, containment, and respect.”

No. This is a structured, trauma-informed clinical intensive that requires active participation and sustained engagement. The focus is therapeutic work, not relaxation or escape.
The weekend involves extended clinical engagement across multiple days. While the work is held carefully and safely, it is not light or casual. Participants are expected to be present and engaged throughout.
This program is best suited for adults who are emotionally stable enough to engage in focused trauma work and who are willing to participate fully in a contained, small-group setting.

Skepticism is common and welcome. Many participants arrive uncertain, having already tried other forms of therapy. Openness to the process matters more than certainty.
Integration continues after the intensive. Participants are invited to ongoing support options, which may include monthly outpatient group meetings and individual sessions. These offerings are designed to support continued reflection, integration, and stabilization as the work settles over time. Participation is optional and based on individual needs and clinical appropriateness.
